Custom prints usually take at least 7-10 days to complete in addition to the shipping time. Please place your order in good time. Digital proofs for personalised prints can be requested but please be aware this may add a few extra day to the production time.
Please note that products which are bespoke or personalised cannot be returned.

All orders are sent first class standard service with Royal Mail. This should only take a couple of days but can take longer at busy times. If you would like your order to be traceable and signed for please use the upgraded shipping option when you reach the checkout.

Unfortunately, Sarah Lou Studio cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost items once they are in the possession of Royal Mail. Missing mail is a very rare occurrence but for extra reassurance please select the tracked service from the menu. Refunds are not offered for shipping errors that are beyond my control.

All overseas orders are sent standard international post with Royal Mail. They estimate items will arrive in Europe within 3 to 7 working after posting and rest of world destinations within 5 to 10 working days. For extra guarantee I am happy to send items using Royal Mail’s international tracked and signed service, please get in touch and I will let you know prices and expected timescales.
